PLEASE NOTE:
Shipping estimates defined here do not account for processing time, which may vary. Refer to your Estimated Arrival Date (details below) for the best estimate of when to expect your specific package.
Want to know when your jewelry will arrive? You can find your Estimated Arrival Date for each item on the individual product page, in the shopping bag, in checkout, and in your order confirmation.
We aim to be as accurate as possible when calculating the arrival date for your purchase, but some factors may cause that to change.
Weather Delays: Inclement weather conditions may delay or postpone our deliveries. Aleksei & Co. will not hold liability or refund the shipping charge based on an inclement weather delay.
Other factors that may cause your estimated arrival date to change:
COVID-19 delays
Domestic and international holidays
Vendor closures
Delays in credit approval
Other shipping/vendor service disruptions
Special orders and personalized merchandise orders may ship from different locations on different days.
GROUND SHIPPING
Estimated Arrival Date on individual product pages will default to ground shipping or any shipping promotions current at the time of the order. Ground shipping generally takes longer than air services, so your package may not arrive for several days (approximately 3-5 business days).
SECOND DAY AND OVERNIGHT SHIPPING
Orders placed and payment approved by 2 p.m. ET Monday - Friday will be shipped after order processing completes. Processing times for most orders are about one day, but products requiring customization, such as rings needing to be sized and personalized items, can take up to 12 days to process. After the order is processed, it's scheduled to be delivered 2 business days from the ship date.
Orders placed after 2 p.m. ET or on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays, will also be subject to processing times (pending payment approval) and will be scheduled to be delivered 2 business days from the ship date.
SHIP TO YOUR DOOR
If you're shipping to a U.S. street address, we'll ship your order via UPS. For your security, merchandise packages valued at $1,000 or more will only be shipped to the billing address that corresponds to the address associated with your method of payment. Any packages valued at $1000 or more will require an adult's signature. Items ordered together may not always ship together.

To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Aleksei & Co. does not ship orders to post office boxes. Aleksei & Co. is able to accept post office box addresses for your billing needs.
For rings that require resizing, please allow for 12 days. You'll be notified when your item has shipped.
