Return Policy

We accept returns for unused and unworn items within 3 days from when the item is received. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs for the return shipping. The original shipping cost will not be refunded. Once we receive your return, you will be refunded the balance to the original form of payment within 3 business days. 

Item must be in original condition and not sized or altered in any way. Any items returned broken, damaged, or not in original condition will not be accepted and will be returned to the original purchaser without the option of refund, store credit, or exchange. 

All boxes, packaging components, certificates of authenticity, reports, appraisals, receipts, and other paperwork must be returned with the item. 

Returns after 3 days and before 30 days will be subjected to a 35% restocking fee. 

No returns will be accepted after 30 days from purchase. 

Item must be sent insured, covering the full value of the items. 

Custom jewelry and special orders are non-refundable. 

All refunds are credited to the same tender as the original purchase.
